What is Yonibliss?

Yonibliss is an Ayurvedic-inspired daily intimate-care moisturising serum for the external intimate area. It is a cosmetic product formulated with traditional Ayurvedic-tradition botanicals (Rose Water, Gotu Kola, Aloe Vera, Witch Hazel) and skin-friendly cosmetic humectants (Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E) — designed for everyday personal-care use. It is not a medical product.

Is Yonibliss a medical product?

No. Yonibliss is a cosmetic moisturising serum for external use only. It is not a drug, medical device, or therapeutic product. Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by AYUSH/CDSCO. Individual experiences may vary. Please consult a qualified medical practitioner for any medical concerns.

Who is Yonibliss made for?

Yonibliss is made for adult Indian women who want a thoughtfully formulated, gentle daily intimate-care product as part of their personal-care routine.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yonibliss is formulated without parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fragrance. We always recommend a patch test on the inner forearm 24 hours before first use. If you have a known allergy or experience irritation, please discontinue use and consult a qualified medical practitioner.

Can I use this during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Please consult your gynaecologist before introducing any new product during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Your doctor knows your medical history and is best placed to advise.

What are the ingredients?

Yonibliss contains six botanicals rooted in Ayurvedic tradition and cosmetic skincare: Rose Water, Gotu Kola, Aloe Vera, Witch Hazel, Hyaluronic Acid, and Vitamin E. The full ingredient list is printed on the bottle label.

How to Use

How do I apply it?

For external use only on the outer intimate area. Cleanse the area with mild water, pat dry, take a small pea-sized amount on a clean fingertip, and gently apply to the external skin until absorbed. Do not insert internally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

How often should I apply it?

Once or twice daily as part of your personal-care routine. A pea-sized amount is sufficient. Always perform a patch test on the inner forearm 24 hours before regular use.

What if I experience irritation?

Discontinue use immediately and rinse the area with clean water. If irritation persists, consult a qualified medical practitioner.

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship pan-India only. International shipping is not available.

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Tier-2/3 cities: 4–6 days. Remote PIN codes: 7–10 days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Is delivery free?

Yes, we offer free shipping pan-India on all orders. No hidden charges at checkout.

How is the packaging delivered?

Every order ships in a plain unmarked box with no external product branding. The courier slip lists only a generic company name. Your privacy is respected throughout the delivery process.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you receive an SMS and email with your tracking AWB number. You can track on the courier’s website (BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.).

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, AmEx)
  • UPI (BHIM, PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Mobile wallets
  • Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

What is Partial COD?

Partial COD is our hybrid payment option. A portion of your order value is paid upfront via Razorpay (UPI/card) at checkout, and the remaining balance is collected in cash by the courier at delivery. We do not offer fully unpaid Cash on Delivery.

Why don’t you offer full COD?

Partial COD helps us reduce delivery returns and ensures every order is genuine, which keeps prices low for all our customers.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited) using bank-grade encryption. We do not store your full card or UPI details on our servers.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

Unopened, sealed products are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (industry standard for intimate-care products). Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. Email yonibliss66@gmail.com or call +91 80978 15883 with your Order ID.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs at yonibliss66@gmail.com with your Order ID. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

How long does a refund take?

Once approved, refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Partial COD orders, the prepaid portion is refunded electronically; the cash portion is refunded via bank transfer to your registered bank account.
