These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of yonibliss.shop and any purchase you make from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Products are manufactured by Neeta Herbal (Proprietary), Bhiwandi, Maharashtra under Cosmetic Manufacturing Licence No. MH/105123 issued by the Food & Drugs Administration, Konkan Division, Maharashtra State.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or create an account on yonibliss.shop. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Product Information

Yonibliss is a cosmetic moisturising serum for external use only on the outer intimate area. It is not a medical product. Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by AYUSH/CDSCO. Individual experiences may vary. Please refer to our Disclaimer before use.

While we make every effort to ensure product information, images, and pricing are accurate, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to cancel orders affected by such errors with a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). Shipping charges, if any, are clearly displayed at checkout.

Payment is processed securely through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited, CIN: U72200KA2013PTC097389). We accept the following payment methods through Razorpay:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
• Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• UPI (BHIM, PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, etc.)
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
• Mobile Wallets
• Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD): A portion of the order value is paid upfront via Razorpay; the remaining balance is collected by the courier at the time of delivery

We do not accept fully unpaid Cash on Delivery orders. We do not store your full payment instrument details — all payment data is processed securely by Razorpay.

5. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email/SMS. This is an acknowledgement of receipt and not acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock unavailability, incorrect pricing). If declined, any payment made will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines, courier partners, and serviceable areas. We currently ship only within India.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:

• Unopened products are eligible for return within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons (industry standard for intimate-care products).
• Cancellations can be requested any time before the order is dispatched.
• Damaged/wrong products must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.

8. User Account & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the website without our written permission

9. Intellectual Property

All content on yonibliss.shop — including text, images, logos, designs, product names, and graphics — is the property of Yonibliss or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of yonibliss.shop is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Yonibliss products and information on yonibliss.shop are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Yonibliss, its proprietor, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yonibliss, its proprietor, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or products.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, courier strikes, or other force majeure events.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of yonibliss.shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Panipat, Haryana, India.
